    The Beautiful King Room was clean, comfortable, and featured an impressively large bed. The location is superb, right next to a city center park.

    The air conditioning was hit-or-miss. It barely heated and left us feeling a bit chilly at times. We faced ongoing issues with the room key readers, having to get them reprogrammed over ten times . The dining options were also subpar, with a breakfast buffet lacking variety and the food quality that just didn't match the hotel's supposed five-star status. The loud music blaring in the lobby was quite distracting and didn't set the right tone upon entering the hotel.

    imposing hotel with great facilities in an unbeatable location just next door to the turkey, open windows which meant the mosque calls at 4:00 + am and the mountains beyond. fine check-in and late check-out, parking close to the venue. had free wi-fi throughout the property.

    The rooftop restaurant served amazing food with lovely views of the city and Erciyes mountain. The rooms are spacious, and my Beautiful King Room had a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The staff were helpful when I needed assistance, including quick issue resolution for some minor issues with the internet connection. I did face a few inconveniences. The air conditioning in my room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and the breakfast selection could have offered more variety. Wait times for service at times felt longer than expected.

    Location is excellent, staff very friendly and accomodating but the facility has grown old and you don't see a 5 star luxury anywhere in the hotel. There is plenty of water supply in the city- naturally with all that snow, but the water pressure is very low at the shower and the tap. It needs a renovation all over to match Hilton qualty.

    The location in the middle of the city is great. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

    The shuttle service to the Erciyes ski resort was too expensive with 70 lira. The pub was overcrowded and therefore too loud.

    The Executive King Room was spacious and adorned with plush furnishings. The breakfast buffet was a good spread, with a live omelet station and a variety of hot and cold dishes that catered to everyone's taste.
